Michel has appeared at Canadian and US industry conferences, including IFMA World Workplace, CoreNet, BOMA, IIDEX/Neocon, PM Expo, the PRSM conference and the Total Facility Management Conference on performance management, benchmarking, customer service and outsourcing, trends and challenges in Real Estate operations, green buildings and chargeback.

Michel also delivered his workshop on Strategic Facility Management, based on his book, in Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Dubai, Kuala Lumpur, Athens, Muscat and Abu Dhabi both as public and in-house programs.

He also teaches the IFMA FMP Designation program as a Certified Instructor, having delivered the program in Abuja, Nigeria, Jeddah, Kuwait, Dubai, Niagara Falls, Oakville and Bermuda
